Returns and complaints
1. The right to cancel the purchase
In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods, without giving reasons. In order to exercise this right, the customer should notify us by email:

2. Conditions for returning products
The product must be:
unused
undamaged
in original packaging
The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods, except in the case of a complaint due to a defective product.
3. Exceptions
For hygienic reasons, it is not possible to return cosmetic products that have been opened or used.
4. Complaints
In the event that the customer receives a damaged or defective product, it is necessary to report the complaint via email hello@senneconcept.com as soon as possible.
The seller will consider the complaint as soon as possible and act in accordance with the law.
5. Refund
In the case of an accepted return, the money will be returned to the customer in the manner in which the payment was made or as agreed with the customer.
