Shipping and delivery
1. Delivery method
Delivery is carried out via courier service within the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
Ordered products are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
2. Delivery time
Delivery time is usually 5 working days from the moment of order confirmation.
In periods of increased volume of orders or during holidays, the delivery time may be slightly longer. The buyer will be informed in a timely manner of any possible delays.
3. Shipping cost
The delivery price depends on the courier service and is shown at the end of the purchase.
The Seller may occasionally run promotions with free shipping on orders over a certain amount.
4. Receiving the shipment
The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the package when picking up the shipment.
If the package is visibly damaged, it is recommended that the buyer refuse to receive the shipment and inform the seller immediately.
