These General Terms govern the purchase of products via the SENNE Beauty Concept online store. By using the site and purchasing the product, the user accepts these conditions.
2. Products and prices
The website displays products with basic information and prices.
All prices are expressed in dinars (RSD). The seller is not in the VAT system in accordance with the Law on Value Added Tax. The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, but the price in effect at the time of the order will apply to that order.
3. Ordering process
Shopping on the site is done in the following steps:

After successfully placing the order, the customer receives a confirmation via email.
4. Payment methods
Payment for the product can be made in the following ways: payment cards via online payment, cash on delivery when picking up the shipment, other payment methods if they are available on the site.
5. Delivery
Product delivery is done via courier service on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The delivery time is a maximum of 5 working days, except in the case of an increased volume of orders or other unforeseen circumstances. The shipping cost is shown at checkout.
6. The right to cancel the purchase
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection. The product must be:
unused, undamaged, in original packaging. The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods. For hygienic reasons, refunds are not possible for cosmetic products that have been opened or used.
7. Complaints
In the event that the customer receives a damaged or defective product, it is necessary to report the complaint via email to hello@senneconcept.com as soon as possible. The seller will replace the product or refund the money in accordance with the law.
8. Data protection
The seller undertakes to use the customer's personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order and in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the site.
9. Changes to the terms and conditions
The seller reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase. Any changes will be posted on this page.
10. Final provisions
For all matters not specifically regulated by these Terms, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia shall apply.
